I came riding with the wind,
brushing against leaves and twigs ,
To touch the souls of those in need,
and those whom troubles of time had thinned,
I stayed I stayed for a day or so,
and jumped and played with the children though,
spreading smiles and happiness everywhere;
and illuminating everyplace I go,
I met an orphan by the lake,
and chased with him, an angry drake,
And cheered a grump on the street;
until he couldn’t speak for laughter’s sake,
I stared idly at the sky;
to look at clouds passing by,
And imagined all the shapes they made,
and loved the scape,with an artist’s eye,
But alas my time was up and gone;
as the wind blew again I had to go,
To places new and lands unknown,
And thus I moved on and on,
